Happy Fall!

I love Fall! It is by far my favorite season. It might be because when we lived in Alaska we couldn't really see the change of seasons, because I just love it. Especially the leaves. It makes me feel like a little kid to walk through leaves and hear the crunch. Driving down the road and watching the leaves twirl into the air after a car has driven over them makes me smile every time. There's so much to do with kids for Fall, too.

We took them to the Cinderella farm to pick out pumpkins and go through the corn maze. It was a blast!

Grandma and Grandpa came too!

The kids have been enjoyihng playing outside a lot too. We don't have any trees with leaves on them to crunch through our yard, but that doesn't matter!! They have their awesome playhouse, too. I thought this picture was so funny. It was not planned!

Go Plowboys!

Running around the back yard.

Isabel looking grown up.
It's so hard to get them all looking!!

Patrick's Grandma Karen and Grandpa John came to visit! The girls had met them before, but it had been a very long time so it was wonderful to see them. We went to an Italian festival while they were here and had such a good time.

The kids wanted to dance on the dance floor! The band hadn't started yet, but that didn't stop them! I little old man started dancing with them. It was so funny! The grooved.

Here's Clark cuddling with his Great Grandma.
Another exciting Fall event was that How To Train Your Dragon finally came out on DVD! Here's Elizabeth:
...and Isabel:

For my birthday my family cooked up the most wonderful surprise!! We ALL flew to the Mall of America!! I had never been there before and it was so awesome! Flying was painless and the kids LOVED it! It was so nice to have so many adults around because if Clark started to get fussy, we just passed him around. He had a blast watching the planes out the windows at the airports and the girls were so well behaved!
Here's Isabel getting on the first flight with Grandpa.
Here's Clark with Grandma.

The mall had an amusement park in the middle of it!! It's called Nickelodeon Universe and the girls were in heaven. Here's Clark and Grandpa watching one of the roller coasters.

This was one of their favorite rides.

There was even an aquarium there! It was exciting - sharks swimming overhead!

Last night we went trick-or-treating!! Patrick had to work so I went with my friend, Victoria, and her family. The girls had so much fun. It was their first time ever trick-or treating (last year they had the flu) and they were very energetic! The straight up RAN to the houses. It was hilarious. Elizabeth was Darth Vader and Isabel was a pirate. I swear they can be girly, but not this Halloween!!

That's our fall so far in a nutshell!! Happy Halloween everyone!!
