I used to call these "Conversations With Toddlers," but I don't think they are toddlers anymore! Sniff.
Conversation of girls while working puzzles:
Isabel: This is my job!
Elizabeth: This is what I do!
Isabel: You betcha!
Isabel: Mommy, you should use our little potty (they have a little pink travel potty)
Me: I can’t sweetie.
Isabel: Because you have a big butt?
Me: Ummmm, yes.
Elizabeth was walking down the steps and stopped 4 steps up. Daddy said, “Come on down!” and she unexpectedly leaped into his arms!! She then said, “I’m a monkey!”
Isabel’s favorite new phrase: “You betcha.”
The girls are afraid of the semi trucks that go down the highway by our house. Today Elizabeth said, “I don’t like trucks, they are loud and make me go aaah!”
